The Government of Odisha on October 04, 2023, issued the revised minimum wages for the Unskilled, Semi-skilled, skilled, and Highly skilled employees.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) @ Rs. 7.00 per day (after rounding off) shall be payable to the unskilled, Semi-skilled, skilled, and Highly skilled employees in all 89 scheduled employments.
• This shall be with effect from October 01, 2023
• The Minimum wages with VDA per day are as follows:
1. Unskilled – Rs. 352.00
2. Semi-skilled – Rs. 392.00
3. Skilled – Rs. 442.00
4. Highly skilled – Rs. 502.00
