The Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) on October 03, 2023, issued the Drone (Amendment) Rules, 2023, to further amend the Drone Rules, 2021.
The following provision has been stated:
• In Form D-4 annexed to the Drone Rules, 2021, under Part A relating to details of individuals, for the entry against Serial number 5, the following entries “5” has been substituted, namely:
“5. Indian Passport Number or government-issued proof of identity and government-issued proof of address i.e., a Voter’s ID card, Ration Card or Driving License”.
This notification will come into force from October 03, 2023.
