The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on October 05, 2023, extended the time to submit comments/counter comments on Draft Registration of Consumer Organisations (Amendment) Regulations, 2023.
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) had released a Draft Registration of Consumer Organisations (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 on September 14, 2023. The last date of receiving comments/counter comments from the stakeholders was initially fixed as October 04, 2023.
On requests received from the stakeholders for an extension of time for submission of comments on Draft Registration of Consumer Organisations (Amendment) Regulations, 2023, it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of comments up to October 20, 2023. Further, counter/comments, if any, may be submitted on or before October 27, 2023.
