Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Madhya Pradesh on October 05, 2023, prohibits refusal to work in the essential services specified in the Schedule.

The State Government hereby prohibits refusal to work in the essential services specified in the Schedule with effect from the date of issue of the order for a period of 3 months.

This notification will come into force from October 05, 2023, for a period of 3 months.
