Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Tripura on September 30, 2023, issued a notification regarding the date of enforcement of the Tripura Goods and Services (Amendment) Act, 2023

The following has been stated namely: -

• It has appointed the date October 01, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 02 to 23 (except sections 14 to 19) of the said Act shall come into force.

• It has appointed the date August 01, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 14 to 19 of the said Act shall come into force.
