The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) on October 03, 2023, issued an amendment in the Statement of Reasons for Business Plan Regulations 2023.
The following amendment has been stated:
• Regulation 23 which states Operation and Maintenance Expenses, has been substituted with the following:
The Commission has projected the estimated sales for FY 2022-23 considering the CAGR growth from FY 2014-15 to FY 2019-20 (i.e. FY 2015-16 on 2014-15, 2016- 17 on 2015-16, 2017-18 on 2016- 17, 2018-19 on 2017-18 and 2019-20 on 2018-19). FY 2020- 21 and FY 2021-22 have not been considered due to imposition of Covid-19 lockdown.
