Secretarial Compliance The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 09, 2023, issued a press release regarding the Market-wide Position Limit in L&TFH & MCX

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the derivative contracts in the underlying L&TFH & MCX have crossed 95% of the market-wide position limit on Oct 09, 2023.

• It is informed that all clients/members shall trade in derivative contracts of L&TFH & MCX by offsetting their existing positions till the open interest comes down to 80% of the market-wide position limit.
