The India International Bullion Exchange (IFSC) Limited (IIBX) on October 09, 2023, issued a notification regarding the extension of the Timeline for Submission of the Yearly Net Worth Certificate (Audited).
This has reference to the Exchange Circular regarding the Submission of the Yearly Net Worth Certificate (Audited). Taking into consideration the requests received from the stakeholders, the last date for submission of the yearly net-worth certificate (Audited) has been extended till October 31, 2023.
Non-compliance with the above requirement shall attract a penalty as may be decided by the relevant authority.
