The Government of Goa on October 09, 2023, issued a notification to amend notification no. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(255)/3219, dated August 30, 2023, related to the special procedure to be followed by a registered person engaged in the manufacturing of certain goods.
The following amendment has been stated:
• In the said notification, after the words "hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed" and before the words "by a registered person", the words and figures" with effect from January 01, 2024" shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from July 31, 2023.
