The Government of Rajasthan on September 29, 2023, issued a notification to amend notification no. F.12(11)FD/Tax/2023-31 dated August 16, 2023, related to the special procedure to be followed by a registered person engaged in the manufacturing of certain goods.
The following amendment has been stated:
• In the said notification, after the words "hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed" and before the words "by a registered person", the words and figures" with effect from January 01, 2024" shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from August 16, 2023.
