Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Bihar on October 05, 2023, issued a notification regarding the account aggregator.

The Account Aggregator” was notified as the system with which information may be shared by the common portal based on consent under Section 158A of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017).

This shall come into force on October 01, 2023.
