The Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) on October 11, 2023, notified regarding the draft APERC Transmission Licence Regulation, 2023.
It is hereby informed to all the stakeholders and interested parties that the draft regulation will be finalized after the expiry of 28 days from today. The comments/suggestions/objections on the draft regulation, if any, may be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to the Commission’s office at Hyderabad to reach the undersigned on or before November 07, 2023, for consideration by the Commission.
