The Government of Karnataka on October 06, 2023, notified the Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Amendment) Rules, 2021 further to amend the Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017.
The following has been stated: -
•Rule 3 which talks about information and documents to be furnished by the promoter for registration of the project has been amended.
In sub-rule (3) of rule 3, clause (e) has been inserted which mentions that the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) Affordable Housing Partnership AHP schemes shall not be required to pay any registration fee.
They shall come into from October 06, 2023.
