The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) on October 09, 2023, notified regarding timely application submission and adherence to Guidelines for timely Project Registration during the Festive season.
The upcoming festive season, including Navratri, Dusshera and Diwali, holds great significance for the real estate sector, often marked by numerous project launches.
During this period, we often receive request for expediting the real estate project registration process. However, it is important to note that MahaRERA follows a well-defined procedure with established timelines for reviewing project registrations.
In light of the above, I would like to earnestly request all promoters and stakeholders involved to be proactive in their approach. It is imperative that project application is submitted well in advance of their intended launch dates. Furthermore, these applications must be comprehensive and complete in every respect, adhering to the established guidelines. By doing so, we can collectively ensure the timely processing and registration of real estate projects.
It is essential to acknowledge that one of the primary causes of delays in project registration is incomplete documentation. To mitigate such setbacks, we urge all parties involved to be diligent and meticulous in preparing the required paperwork.
