Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 11, 2023, issued a circular regarding the introduction of Zinc Futures in the Commodity Derivatives Segment

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the Zinc Futures in Commodity Derivatives Segment shall be made available for trading in the Commodity Derivatives segment with effect from October 16, 2023.

• The details of contract specifications are available in Annexure A and the launch calendar details are available in Annexure B. 

• It states that the risk management, clearing & and settlement details shall be intimated separately by NCL. 

• The contract.gz file shall be made available to trading members on the NSE Extranet (Path: /comtftp/comtcommon) from October 13, 2023, end of the day and will reflect the new contracts.

• It is further advised to load the above file in the trading application before trading on October 16, 2023.
