Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Andhra Pradesh on October 11, 2023, issued a notification regarding the amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Indian-made Foreign Liquor other than Beer and Wine) Rules, 2006

The following has been amended namely: -

• In Rule 8 which specifies the “Licence fee structure” in the sub-clause (4)(e) for the year ‘2022-2023’, wherever it occurs, the year ‘2023-2024’ shall be substituted.
