The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on October 12, 2023, issued a notification regarding the anti-dumping duty rate imposed on Flax Yarn originating from China
This is in supersession of notification No. 53/2018-Customs (ADD), dated October 18, 2018, relating to the anti-dumping duty imposed on Flax Yarn originating from China
The following has been stated namely: -
• The anti-dumping duty rates per unit imposed on Flax Yarn originating from China have been attached the Table
• It states that the anti-dumping duty imposed shall be levied for a period of five years (unless revoked, superseded, or amended earlier and shall be payable in Indian currency.
