Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Law and Justice (MoL&J) on October 12, 2023, issued the date on which the provisions related to the Arbitration Council of India under the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2019 shall come into force.

It has appointed October 12, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of section 10, which states “Insertion of new Part IA” of the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2019 will come into force.
