The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on October 13, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated August 03, 2001, related to the Tariff Value of Edible Oils, Brass Scrap, Areca Nut, Gold and Silver.
This notification shall come into force with effect from October 14, 2023.
The following has been stated namely:-
• Table 1 specifies the tariff value of the palm oils.
• Table 2 specifies the tariff value of Gold and Silver.
• Table 3 specifies the tariff value of Areca nuts.
