Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Karnataka on October 06, 2023, issued the Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Amendment) Rules, 2022 to further amend the Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017.

The following has been amended: -

• Rule 19(1)(b) has been inserted to state: -

“For members of the Authority, the minimum of Secretary to Government Salary or the last basic pay held by such person before his appointment as a member of the Authority, whichever is higher.”
