The Government of Madhya Pradesh on September 27, 2023, issued a draft notification to revise the minimum rates of wages in respect of employment in any Agarbatti manufacturing plant.
It is stated that the Draft notification will be considered after the expiry of 2 months from the publication date of this draft notification in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette. On any such objection or suggestion which may be received by the Principal Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Government, Labor Department, Ministry Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal, from any person, after the expiry of the period specified above, in relation to the said draft notification, by the State Government, will be considered.
