The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on October 17, 2023, issued a to reduce the Special Additional Excise Duty on the production of Petroleum Crude and reduce the Special Additional Excise Duty on export of ATF.
Hereby makes the further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 18/2022-Central Excise, dated July 19, 2022.
The following has been amended-
In the said notification, in Table,-
(i)Against S. No. 1, for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs. 9050 per tonne” shall be substituted.
(ii)Against S. No. 2, for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs. 1 per litre” shall be substituted.
This notification shall come into force on October 18, 2023
