The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on October 17, 2023, issued a notification regarding advisory for SEBI-regulated entities (RES) regarding cyber security best practices.
In this regard, DPs are hereby informed that the format has been prescribed to submit the compliance status of Cyber Security best practices advisory issued through above mentioned SEBI circular, and the same is enclosed as Annexure – A attached to the document.
DPs are advised to submit the compliance report to CDSL on or before October 31, 2023, for the FY 2023-2024 in the prescribed format.
