Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on October 17, 2023, issued a notification amending Notification No. 04/2022 – Central Excise dated June 30, 2023, which states “Rates of Special Additional Excise Duty for exports of petrol and diesel”

The following has been stated namely: -

• Against S. No. 2 which states “High-speed diesel oil”, for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs. 4 per litre” shall be substituted.

This shall come into force on October 18, 2023
