The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on October 19, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No. 50/2017-Customs, dated June 30, 2017, related to the Seeks to the effective rates of customs duty and IGST for goods imported into India.
The following amendments have been stated:
• In the Table, after the entry 551 and the entries relating thereto, the Sl. No. 551A and entries have been inserted.
• In the Annexure, in List 34A, for the entries, the following entries have been substituted.
This notification shall come into force with effect from October 20, 2023.
