Industry Specific ComplianceThe Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on October 20, 2023, published the Palm Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Palm Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been amended namely: -

• in paragraph 1 for sub-paragraph (2) relating to the Date of enforcement, the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: -

 “(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of April, 2024”.
