Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on October 20, 2023, issued the Acid Oil (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Acid Oil (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely: -

“(2) This order shall come into force on April 24, 2024”.

It shall come into force on October 20, 2023.
