Labour ComplianceThe Government of Kerala on October 12, 2023, issued a notification regarding the list of Public Holidays in Kerala for the Calendar year 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It is clarified that the list of public holidays in Kerala for the Calendar for the year 2024 (attached in the notification) will be applicable to the Institutions coming under Labour law, Industrial Disputes Act, Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act etc.
