Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on October 20, 2023, issued the Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been amended namely: -

• Paragraph 1(2) which states “Date of enforcement”, the following shall be substituted, namely: -

“This order shall come into force on the 24th day of April, 2024”.

This has come into force on October 20, 2023
