Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on October 20, 2023, issued the Lauric Acid (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Lauric Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following is as stated:

• In the Lauric Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1 which specifies the date of enforcement for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely:

This order shall come into force on April 24, 2024.
