The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on October 20, 2023, notified the Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 further to amend the Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022.
The following has been stated: -
•In the Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: - “(2) This order shall come into force on April 24, 2024”.
It shall come into force on October 20, 2023.
