Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers (MoCF) on October 20, 2023 notified the Coconut Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023

to further amend the Coconut Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been stated-

In the Coconut Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-

“(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of April, 2024”.
