The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) on October 20, 2023, issued a notification regarding the draft amendments to the PFRDA (Trustee Bank) Regulations, 2015
The following has been stated namely: -
• The changes are in the following key areas namely: -
(i) Risk Management Policy
(ii) Compensation to the subscribers
(iii) Inclusion of System auditor
• It states that the draft proposal has been placed as Annexure-A
Comments/feedback is invited from the stakeholders on the draft proposal till November 10, 2023, and can also be provided for any other provisions of PFRDA (Trustee Bank) Regulations, 2015 where changes have not been proposed.
