The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) on October 20, 2023, issued the Draft amendments to the PFRDA (Redressal of Subscriber Grievance) Regulations, 2015.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The proposed changes are in the following key areas:
1. Coordination by NPST at the first level of grievance.
2. Eligibility conditions of the Ombudsman.
3. Reduced timelines for resolution.
• Public comments may be sent till November 10, 2023, at [email protected] with the subject line as ‘Feedback on proposed changes to the PFRDA (Redressal of Subscriber Grievance) Regulations, 2015’.
