The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 23, 2023, issued a notification regarding the submission of half yearly net worth Certificate as of September 30, 2023.
The following has been stated: -
•Attention of the Clearing Members is drawn to the requirement of submission of half yearly Networth certificate as of September 30, 2023. All Clearing Members of Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) as of September 30, 2023, who have selected ICCL as a Designated Clearing Corporation are required to submit Networth certificate in the prescribed format to ICCL.
•For Clearing Members who have not selected ICCL as Designated Clearing Corporation in interoperable Segments, the Networth requirement would be checked at the time of selecting ICCL as a Designated Clearing Corporation.
•Details of the documents required to be submitted are mentioned in the attached Annexures. Clearing Members are hereby requested to submit a Networth certificate, computation of base Networth and variable Networth as of September 30, 2023, as per formats (as applicable) prescribed by ICCL in Annexures latest by November 30, 2023.
•Clearing Members are required to upload the necessary documents online through the Electronic Filing system (IEFS).
