The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on October 20, 2023, issued a Corrigendum for the Modifications/ Clarifications in the Operational Guidelines for the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for Pharmaceuticals – reg.
The following provisions have been stated:
• In clause 7.2.3, which states “In no case the total incentive including additional inventive, if any, given to a participant during the whole tenure of the scheme would be more than Rs. 1200 crore for a Group A participant, more than Rs. 300 crore for a Group B participant and more than Rs. 60 crore for a Group C participant.”, the following provision has been revised:
7.2.3 (c) In no case the total incentive including additional inventive, if any, given to a participant during the whole tenure of the scheme would be more than Rs. 1200 crore for a Group A participant, more than Rs. 300 crore for a Group B participant and more than Rs. 60 crore for a Group C participant.
All other clauses in the PLI Scheme for Pharmaceutical Operational Guidelines dated June 01, 2021, will remain the same.
