The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) on October 25, 2023, issued a notification regarding the draft amendments to the PFRDA (Subscriber Education and Protection Fund) Regulations, 2015
The following has been stated namely: -
• The changes are in the following key areas namely: -
(i) Functions of the Committee.
(ii) Governance.
• It states that the draft proposal has been placed as Annexure-A
Comments/feedback is invited from the stakeholders on the draft proposal till November 15, 2023, and can also be provided for any other provisions of PFRDA (Subscriber Education and Protection Fund) Regulations, 2015 where changes have not been proposed.
