The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 26, 2023, issued a notification regarding the amendments to the Bye-laws of the Exchange.
The following has been stated: -
•Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that amendments have been carried out to the Bye-laws of the Exchange as per Annexure I enclosed herein.
•The amended Bye-laws of the Exchange are available under the caption “Rules, Bye-laws and Regulations of the Exchange” at the following link:
