The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on October 25, 2023, issued an addendum to the notification related to the fixation of the ceiling price of Glimepiride and Metformin HCl Tablet.
The following has been stated:
• The name of the manufacturer and marketer mentioned in the notification, is to be henceforth, read as “M/s Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd.” instead of “M/s Windlas Biotech Limited and M/s Torrent Pharmaceuticals” respectively.
• All the notes and other contents mentioned in the original order S.O. 2105(E), dated August 20, 2014, relating to the notification of the table will remain the same.
