Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on October 26, 2023, issued the date on which provisions related to the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023, shall come into force.

The Section 45 which states "Insertion of Section 64A and 64B" has appointed the date October 26, 2023, as the date on which the provision relating to section 64B shall come into force.
