Industry Specific Compliance The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on October 26, 2023, issued an addendum to Notification No. SO. 1689(E) dated May 24, 2017, related to the price fixation of Telmisartan + Metoprolol ER Tablet

The following has been stated namely: -

• In column no. 5 for the Sl. No. 7, is to be henceforth, read as “M/s Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd” instead of “M/s Synokem Pharmaceuticals Ltd.”

• It states that All the notes and other contents mentioned in the original order S.O. 1689(E), dated relating to Sl. No. 7 of the table shall remain the same.
