The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on October 26, 2023, issued a Corrigendum to the notification no. number G.S.R. 914(E), dated December 30, 2022, related to the sunset review investigation concerning imports of Jute Products comprising Jute Yarn/Twine (multiple folded/cabled and single), Hessian fabric, Jute sacking bags and Jute sacking cloth” originating in or exported from Bangladesh and Nepal.
The following has been rectified namely: -
• On page 13, in line 3, for “the producers as specified in the corresponding entries in column (7)”, read “the producers as specified in the corresponding entries in column (7), exported by the exporters as specified in the corresponding entry in column (8), and imported into India”
• in page 13, in lines 6 to line 58, on pages 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18, in all lines, and on page 19, in lines 1 to line 36, for “TABLE….US$/MT” shall be substituted with the Table attached.
