Finance & Taxation Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on October 27, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Streamlining of Halal Certification Process for Meat and Meat Products.

The following has been stated:

It has extended the time period, for both accreditation of Halal Certification Bodies as well as for registration of export units, for a further period of 6 months i.e., up to April 05, 2024.
