The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on October 25, 2023, issued an addendum relating to the fixation of the retail price.
The following has been stated: -
•In the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority's notification S.O. 3982(E), dated August 13, 2018, relating to the fixation of the retail price, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, in the Table, the name of the manufacturer mentioned in column no. 5 for the Sl. No. 50 & 51, is to be henceforth, read as “M/s Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd” instead of “M/s Synokem Pharmaceuticals Ltd.”
•All the notes and other contents mentioned in the original order S.O. 3982(E) relating to Sl. No. 50 & 51 of the table shall remain the same.
