The National Pharmaceuticals Pricing Authority (NPPA) on October 25, 2023, issued a notification regarding the fixation of the retail price particular firm for approval under the Drugs (Price Control) Order, 2013
The following has been stated namely: -
•M/s Panacea Biotec Limited shall also seek retail price approval for the formulation EasyfourPol Vaccine containing “Adsorbed Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Poliomyelitis (Inactivated) and Haemophilus Influenza Type b Conjugate Vaccine IP”, if applicable, three months before the expiry of the exemption granted under Para 32(i) of DPCO 2013.
