Industry Specific Compliance The National Pharmaceuticals Pricing Authority (NPPA) on October 25, 2023, issued a notification regarding the related fixation of ceiling price, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, the Entry in column having title “Ceiling price (w.e.f. 1.4.2023 with WPI @ 12.1218%)” for the formulation as mentioned in column (2) and dosage form & strength as mentioned in column (3) of the Table, both in Hindi & English version as reproduced in column (5) of the Table 1 below be read as entries in column (6) of the Table 1 attached to the document.
