The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on October 28, 2023, issued a notification regarding Exemptions of Customs duty on goods falling within the second schedule of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.
Hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 27/2011-Customs, dated March 01, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 153(E), dated March 01, 2011.
The following has been amended-
•In the said notification, in the TABLE, S. No. 1 shall be re-numbered as S. No. 1A, and before S. No. 1A is so re-numbered, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted.
This notification shall come into force from October 29, 2023.
