The Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority (KRERA) on October 26, 2023, issued a notification regarding the submission of the annual report in Form No. 5 by October 31, 2023, for the financial year 2022-23.
The following has been stated: -
•The annual report on the statement of accounts in Form No. 5 shall be certified and signed by a Chartered Accountant in practice and shall be uploaded by the promoter on the allotted web page on the website of the Authority on or before October 31 of every year until the project is completed.
In the exercise of the powers conferred under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016, the Authority directs all the Promoters to strictly adhere to the instructions for their registered projects on or before October 31, 2023.
