BSE notified regarding the Operation of Trading Terminals

Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 31, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Operation of Trading Terminals with reference to Exchange Circular 20230525-24 dated May 25, 2023, and 20230831-11 dated August 31, 2023.

The following has been stated:

The members are requested to select the relations assigned to the dealer terminal. i.e., Employee, Dealer, Remisier, Partner/Proprietor/Director, Authorized Person, or Employee of Authorised Person with the drop-down option in the “Relationship with the approved user using TWS/ETI” in the dealer registration module.

Members are requested to select appropriate relations as specified above in the option “Relationship of Proposed User with Trading Member/Authorized Person” while uploading dealer details under the mentioned path - UCC - > Dealer registration module

The members are advised to update the correct relationships for all dealers/16-digit locations by November 30, 2023.

The members are required to also ensure that whenever a User of the Member ceases to act in such or any capacity with the Member then user ID disablement/16-digit terminal deactivation/username change requests are submitted to the Exchange within 24 hours on the portal.

The changes in the aforesaid modules shall be effective from November 06, 2023.
