Secretarial Compliance The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on October 30, 2023, issued the date on which provisions related to the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020, shall come into force.

It has appointed October 30, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of section 5, which states “Amendment of section 23” of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 will come into force.
